So I stop in to a gas station and see this. I think what I am seeing is HW. But after talking to the owner and looking at it, it is actually very old, baked on tint. However, there is HW on the inside too. Now he wants a quote for the tint removal and the HW monthly as well as PW of the inside of the bay. The ceiling is black from soot and the wash machine is coated with old soap, HW and is nearly black in some spots. I will be checking with the PWRA about this. But what do you guys recommend for the tint removal and the HW monthly? The owner says he uses CLR. Also, as I have not done this before, what would I charge for monthly cleaning of the HW?
