I am going to begin posting more articles on glass maintenance and restoration that we can use to acquire more accounts and keep old ones. As I am now trying to go from 110 commercial store front accounts to 150 I realize the importance of marketing. But some of you guys have got like five thousand dollar accounts that feed five to fifteen employees.
The first one I just did on educating our customers about hard water spots I hope will help. It can be used straight from your phone or tablet. Or print off articles or pictures from your computor. I wrote it because someone on the Forum asked me for info he could use for a customer. The information is very important. Yet what is ALSO extremely important are pictures and videos. I am working on both. The videos I posted on polishing glass under "Breaking Glass Productions" on the Blog should help to demonstrate that once windows do become stained from neglect, it is a rather time consuming and difficult process to correctly and safely remove those stains. They should never be cleared with a quick acid wash. On that note I feel that stories are also very important. And man guys. I could tell you stories that would make your hair stand up. From across the country. Some regarding buildings that are not standing anymore. Some are so controversial I cannot reveal names.
This IS the meat that WE need to lure in the prey!
