Question Info packet for property manager

I spoke with the manager of a large regional property management company today about getting on their vendor list for window cleaning. He's asked me to forward him an information packet on my company. This will be the largest management company I've worked with so far with nearly unlimited potential. What all should I include with this info pack? I'm thinking things like about the company, services offered, current clients of similar background to them, insurance coverages. .. It's there anything else I should add? Anything I absolutely should not add? Thanks
