Has anyone had any experience with Joseph D Walters and an actual scratched windows claim? Did the insurance company (Liberty Mutual, I believe) go to bat for you if the claim was bogus? If the claim was justified, did your CCC endorsement cover you? Were you 80% covered for the total, or 100%? I need to make sure my rear end is covered in the future, and I wanted some input about actual experiences with this company. Thanks for the help, guys.
