I don't do a lot of commercial work (mostly 2+ story resi) so I have a question about how to price. My question is about pricing upper stories.
Right now I have been doing this building for a few years first floor only. Now they are asking for a bid for all levels.
It's a 4 story building. The style of window is pretty much the same throughout...minor differences here and there. It's all wfp.
I know I need to charge more the higher I go, I just don't know how much more...go up $1/pane per story? $2/pane per story?
There are also some roofs I have to access to clean upper windows, all wfp. Do you guys add on for having to go to the trouble
of getting on a roof?
