Ghost Windows....

Got a call the other day.

Not from overseas this time, but from a church.

Asked me to come check out their windows.

This is a New Move In into a store front business plaza.

Building C behind the street buildings.

I got there a noticed right off that the windows were cleaned, not too badly I must say.

As I was standing wondering the pastor came out and introduced himself to me.

They had just moved the congregation to this spot about a month ago.

I looked at him. And said "you want your windows cleaned?"

Which he said" could you please clean "this" window, pointing to a window next to the door. (Nice and clean they were I may add)

Well I went to the vehicle to grab and wet my washer with my super solution, and walked back to the window thinking" man this guy must be more anal about clean windows than me.......uuut-ooooh. DANGER WILL ROBISON DANGER!!!"

So I wet up this pristinely clean window and like magic "words" appeared on the wet glass!!

I looked at the pastor and he said"I would never have noticed them if it was not raining last Sunday morning"

I shook my head and looked back to the wet glass.....

Seeing the words

"XXX ADULT BOOK STORE MOVIES AND MORE" clearly outlined on the water on glass!!!

Both windows around the front doors have the same problem.

I am ASSUMING that a porno store was here at some time and the outlines are from window vynyl.

So my question.. (Finally.....) is

Has any one seen such a thing and how did you remove it..?

I thought it would be a piece of cake but noooooooooooo!

I have used : bartenders friend, scrub off, Kurd cutter, ammonia , steel wool, bronze wool, clr, cerium oxide (sp) (not at the same time) to no avail.

I am not going to purchase a glass renu just for this.

And the church has plans to cover their windows with graphic tint ( you know the type of tint with pictures on it can't see in but can see out..) but not in their budget yet.

I can't believe This has truly stomped Me..... Me,!,The Pompus Basturd.!,

This is nowa "freebie" to the church hopefully I will have a new attack angle when igoback for another go round on Saturday.
