Water Fed Poles?

So, I was recently made aware of water fed poles. I understand that they're "easier" and "make the job go faster," but how much easier and faster? Is it a worthwhile investment, or should I stick with your typical residential window washing materials? I do a mix of businesses (mostly ground level) and residential (most are two story, an occasional three). Is this something I should look into? What are some general price ranges? How much work should I be doing before they're worth it?
