This past Friday I completed an estimate for a lady who is from England. She wanted her windows cleaned and the soffett/facia cleaned. Well I spoke to her today and needless to say she was a bit shocked at the estimate. The home had a total of 27 windows of various types and sizes, 23 screens. I know in the UK they talk about homes with no screens. How much would you charger for inside and out for a home with 27 windows. She was thinking more like $200, which was way below my estimate, of course that included screens and fascia cleaning and I went low ball on the fascia cleaning in order to keep the price down.
