Pro-Posal update 3/24/14

Ok guys,so here's the deal...

In efforts to give our Pro-Posal program some more value for its users, we have a couple really cool benefits we have added to the program.

1. Storefront sales and route building consulting

2. Assistance on bidding and estimates

3. Continuous sales documents for generating new leads

I have been working the past few weeks on our storefront sales program. Route work, if planned correctly, can be the lifeblood of any company. As window cleaners, it can sometimes be tough to lock in residual income, that is unless you have a strong storefront route. Before I opened lLions Share Maintenance in 2010, I worked for a guy locally who does about 900k a year in storefront route work. Yes, you read right, 900k.. A year. Now even though I don't personally agree with every method of who this guys business model was set up, I would be lying if I said I did not learn a TON. After opening my commonly in 2010, I took the knowledge I gained and within 6 months, I had a route of $4700 a month including every party city in the state of MN. I'm not for a second saying that I can get you a 4-5k route in any amount of time, but I am confident that within a short amount of time I can show anyone who cleans windows how to lay the groundwork and start to build a strong profitable route in any market in the country.

@Chris posted a thread yesterday about the top 10 questions asked on the forum. #1 (and 2 I believe..) was "How do I bid this job..."

Well I have a solution to this problem. I'm going to assist every Pro-Posal user with any bid they need help with. The way we are going to set it up is an e mail account that is checked every 12 hours. You submit an address and a work order with details and any questions you need assistance with regarding the given job. We are still working out a few of the details, and I am still very open to suggestions. The main focus is taking the guessing out of the bidding process in order to help you land more work.

Last but but not least, the sales documents. Over the past few years, I have created several sales tools to help me get my foot in the door with potential clients. Everything from e mail templates, service letters, post cards, magnets, trifolds, brochures, pens, post it holders, basically anything you can think of, I have tested and tried. Everything I have is available to every user of Pro-Posal. Even better, we are offering editing of any document to any of our users.

Now to get to the part everyone wants to hear, the cost. So in our attempt to make Pro-Posal the strongest tool you can use to gain new work, we have decided that the cost for all of these added features is exactly what it should be... Free. Yes, totally free.

We will start the process like this- If you want to know more about what we have going on, simply send an e mail to support@closethejob.com with the subject line: Dave

As I'm going to be in the truck buzzing around town most of the week, I'm bringing my Bluetooth and making myself available for phone calls both in the morning and afternoon.

And the kicker...

Everyone who takes the time to check out the program and what we have to offer is entered in a drawing for this awesome air printer (http://ift.tt/1h1uRWb ml) to use in your truck. I personally use the same one, and it's awesome. I literally use it every day.

In the e mail, include your name, phone#, time zone, and a time that works for you this week, and we will set up a time for us to connect.

I look forward to speaking with all of you guys.

Let's get out this spring and get you some more high paying, residual work.
