Insane edge bleeds

So today I was doing this job, it was around 11am had been raining on and off for the morning.

The temp was around 75, with a relative humidity of 96% and a dew point of 72.

Was a single story traditional job and the insane bleeds that came out of the side frames would spread out for 2-3". These were aluminum sliding windows the problem was only on the external where there was no rubber beading (the beading isn't missing the windows are designed without any).

I read a few other post from 2008 about bleeds due to cold weather and they were using a methanol mix to fix it, maybe the same solution may work for me.

Has anyone else had this problem in similar conditions?
