Hey just wondering how you guys contact your customers for repeat business.
I am thinking of an email first. Few weeks later mailing with $ off coupon to all customers not booked. Few weeks later follow up with phone call.
I have just recently compiled a real customer list with named, address, email, phone, price charged, minor notes. About 500 customer list.
Anyone have a really good script they have been using for emailing? Would love to see it!
