This seems like a very basic question but how do you clean the 2nd story gutters of a multi-level home where they are set back from the 1st story? I tried searching the forum and found someone asked this exact question in a thread but go no answer that I could see.
These types of homes are very common in my area. I attached a stock photo from google so I might make my question clearer on the type of house I'm talking about.
I'm guessing either ladder on 1st level or gutter vac?
