I have the opportunity to bid gutter cleaning on a huge farm located in NJ. My question is; due to it being over 14 barns and 4 houses should I bid it by total linear ft or just total price per building. What is the best approach to bidding something like this. I will be going over tomorrow to take a look at the property. Thanks
