I currently have MANY customers and it's looking like this year it's going to be even busier. At present it's just my wife and I and sometimes have one of my friends who cleans windows help me as a subcontractor. I'm thinking of hiring at least one employee but I have no idea how to successfully operate a small business, with employees, scheduling, taxes, etc. Any suggestions?
