Just want to hear your opinions on what works best for you. Short and simple contact form or detailed form asking for window pane count, sq footage, screen count ect or responsibid?
I started to use responsibid a few months ago but have noticed a lot less people have been filling out the responsibid as compared to when I used to have a fairly simple but still detailed estimate request form. I have a few theories as to why this is: They feel their information is not safe as they notice it is an outsourced software and don't want someone else to have their information (which is not the case of course). They want a more personal experience and want to deal with a real person emailing them back rather than deal with a software and feel they are just another number. A lot of my potential clients are 50+ and are possibly intimidated by dealing with automated online systems (even though it is extremely simple).
Has anyone else used responsibid and switched back to what they were using before? When I first got responsibid I was thrilled, I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread but I am questioning if it is right for my business.
Although all that being said, I have booked some very large, high priced jobs with responsibid with extreme ease. The only issue is that the # of people filling it out has dropped when compared to previously.
