There are quit a bit of homes going up in my area that are decent size. My question is, How do I approach these homes. I know that I am not going to be talking to the home owner so who do I talk to. I can't imagine I get much feed back if I just left a card at the unfinished house or a flyer. Is this a task better left to an email to the contractor or is there a more professional way of handling this? Construction clean up is good money and I would hate for this money to be left on the table.
