I started working with a new window cleaning company two weeks ago. I moved from utah to the east coast so this job is my only option at the moment. I've been out the business for two years but picking it back up wasn't hard. I have two problems. One is I want to impress my Boss so I can make the most money and have a better position in the company. He has a couple Hispanic women working for him and they do a good job but also make many mistakes and he has given them multiple chances but won't get rid of them for whatever reasons. I want to know what Ideas I can bring to him to impress him and make his job easier. He does everything. From labor to payroll to office work and is super stressed out all the time. That brings me to the second problem. He has anger issues. Today he threw his Tomtom out the window on the freeway almost cause a tragic accident. He was angry cause we took an hour longer on the job than we should have but it took long because I was fixing all his mistakes. I don't know how to bring up to him that we could get the job done efficiently if I didn't have to worry about fixing all his streaks (due to him rushing) I'm afraid of putting myself in a situation where I could risk losing this job. I'm on the east coast away from anyone I know and cant afford anything to go wrong. I do like my boss and just think he needs help being less stressed to make his job easier and I want to help do that.
Any and all input would be great.
