So I've been doing a lot of leg work this week trying to dig up route work. It's been a very positive experience so far. This morning I had a corporate manager call me wanting me to e-mail him a contract for cleanings every 3 months at 3 locations. I've never written a contract or been asked for one. I have no issue with it but I'm at a loss as to what to put in it. So if you guys have any tips for what to include in the contract or if you wouldn't mind sharing your generic contracts that'd be awesome.
