Hello everyone. I am thankful of the privileged to have found and to be able to post on this WCR forum mostly because I am new at this and I want to learn from the business minds throughout this forum. I am already employed but looking to retire in a few years and my plan is to develop my business on my off days and have it running full tilt by the time I retire. I want to do Commercial and Residential. I plan on it being just me at least in the beginning and later train a few employees to expand the business and reduce my involvement to quality control and management.
