If you have an iPhone (might work for android, too) and have had trouble uploading photos to the forum or elsewhere, because the orientation is always wrong, here's what you do:
1- go into your photo app
2- view the photo you plan on uploading
3- click on the "edit" button
4- use the rotation tool (lower left hand corner) to turn the photo upside down, and hit save
5- repeat steps 3 and 4, so the photo is right side up again
6- now try uploading your photo- the rotation should be fixed. This method works for me, anyways.
