So I got the annual email from quickbooks that my payroll subscription was due. $414 dollars for 1 year. I've played the game before and upgraded to the most recent Quickbooks and bought payroll with it so it's a little cheaper but enough is enough. I did some research about online services and hands down WCRA won with options and pricing. So I signed up for the WCRA payroll. Filled out the paperwork and got a call from Ana the new account rep who walked me through everything. Couldn't have been easier. A few forms to be signed and some reports on payroll already paid this years and I was done.
She walked me through my first payroll entry and I'm off and running. Payroll now takes me about 2 minutes every 2 weeks. For about $100 more per year than what quickbooks wants I save an incredible amount of time and aggravation.
