Question Need help with my first commercial bid

This is my first post here, but I do reference this forum quite a bit. I have strictly done residential up to this point and primarily use the Unger WFP for 2nd and 3rd stories. Commercial job is outside only on an industrial/Office - 2 story building. Window panes are arranged in 4 symmetrical rows with each pane averaging 3x4 or roughly thereabouts. Annual job, 600 windows, access to water available. I know my residential pricing won't cut it here, figuring a 2 man crew about 12-14 hours (some water spots on lower levels). The magnitude of the job is what I am having issue with. I don't know what kind of money they are expecting to see, I know where I want to be at a minimum which is $1200. I don't know if that is way low, or ball park... what do you guys think is a good number? I have one shot and no guidance from the customer.

Thanks!

Dave
