Question Remove paint from Windows frames

Hey Guys its fiorella, I hope you can give me an advice of tell how to remove these blue paint from the frames of the window. I used Miner Spirits with wool fine 000, krud kutter concentrated and goo gone and nothing. Anyone has another suggestion please. Thanks Guys
