Ive been asked to bid on a set of apartments in town. I have only done residential work up to this point, its also my first gutter season. Ive been a little to low on that side, but I am making the right adjustments. I do not want to make the same mistake with this job. The rough linear feet is about 1500. I have read that $1 per foot is a safe bet, but my jobs are always a minimum range Ex; 2 stories starting at $200. So I don't know how that $1 relates to commercial work. I also have just bought (still in the package) a fall prevention system, and I will be able to walk these gutters and blow them out, so my time will be greatly reduced. Its brand new so Im not sure how it will effect my dollar per hour number. Thanks for any help
