I went to look at a gutter cleaning job today. It is an apartment complex with 16 buildings. The buildings are three story's tall and have gutters all the way around. Each building measures out to be 430' of gutters. I plan on using a 40' manlift.
I charge $1.50 per foot for second story, and $2.00 per foot for third story when doing residential. Would you charge the same for something like this? I don’t see them paying (430’ X $2/ft = $860) $860 per building. They want a quote for one building, two buildings and all 16 buildings. I would also charge them for a manlift in the quote. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
