Got notified that my design patent for my screen washer is almost complete. Only 3 years. I guess for government work that's not bad.
Now I'm only 4-6 weeks out from having my ribbon copy and oh, we almost forgot, you now need to pay more money for the Post-Allowance Fee. Sheesh, the fee schedule for government stuff is ridiculous. They've got about a hundred different fees for each step of the process. It's just a long painful expensive process for something I just want to hang on my wall.
I'm just getting excited I guess because it went from "Oh, maybe 1-3 years" to "Oh, maybe 6-12 months give or take 6 months" to "4-6 weeks probably."
