I am searching for tools & methods for cleaning windows behind cast iron ornamental grilles that have triangular openings 5+" (legs) 8" (hypotenuse). The grilles [Clathri-new word for me too] are fixed in front of tall steel windows in a historic government building. The window were originally inward opening casements but without heroic efforts and more of your tax dollars, will no longer open. Access to the exterior of the windows will be from a Marklift and the cleaning would occur once or twice a year. See attached photos.
