OK, so we were asked if we fix the ghosting on these windows, form removed vinyl. It looks like maybe the reflective coating as applied to the #1 surface (outside), and when the vinyl was removed, it came with it. Where the vinyl was, its perfectly clear. Any ideas? If we buff, I think it will take the coating off everywhere?? Ideas????IMG_20140130_143100_317.jpg
